Cancellation & Refund Policy

Florida Hospital Tampa reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or postponement, Florida Hospital Tampa will refund registration fees but is not responsible for any related costs or expenses to participants, including cancellation charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED after August 1, 2016. Cancellations received before that date will be refunded based on the refund policy listed below. Please familiarize yourself with all airline and hotel cancellation penalties and fees when you make your travel reservations.
